Video on Demand

There is a varied, ever growing library of Pilates videos.

The videos come in various lengths and topics, these include:

  • Fundamentals for new starters or to reaffirm the core principles

  • Pure Pilates

  • Fitness Pilates

  • Rehabilitation

Virtual Pilates Classes

Virtual classes will be delivered through Google Meet which will be linked directly to your membership (no need to download)! You can attend as many of these as you like!

Kat would encourage having cameras on so she can give you verbal corrections and exercise adjustments.

The class timetable for 2025 looks as follows:

  • Thursday Morning: 09:30am - 10:30am.

  • Thursday Afternoon: 05:30pm - 06:30pm

  • Friday Morning: 09:30am - 10:30am

  • Saturday Morning: 08:00am - 08:45am

Update your Trainer

Included in your membership is the ability to share feedback privately with Kat on how your training is going. This might be a question on what session to stream that week, how a new session went in the gym or even talk about your next event or race.

She wants to hear it all!

FAQs

  • Kat is a small business and therefore every membership helps keep her running.

    This membership is for individuals under the same “roof” (household) and is not to be shared between friends and family.

  • How many classes is up to you!

    The timetable is designed to provide classes that suit all your needs so use the programme as much as you need to!

  • No. But Kat does require you to update her if you have any new injury or pain prior to the class so she can let you know if it will be suitable.

    You are also asked to turn up on time like a face to face class.

  • The timetable will reflect Kats Face to Face classes in the respect that she will use her coding of “Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced or Fitness”. Just use these categories to work out if the class will be right for you.

  • Yes you can, but we would be sad to see you go1

    The membership runs on a monthly basis which is paid in advance. Simply cancel before your next payment in due and you can resign up anytime.
